Volunteer Opportunities

Donor: Support the Center’s work through an outright gift, in-kind support or planned gift.

 

EagleWatcher: Monitor urban eagle nests; rescue injured eagles and eaglets, and record data to improve eagle habitat management.

 

Educator/Docent: Lead education programs and public tours at the Center.

 

Guess Relations: Be part of our first impressions team. Greet visitors and answer questions about the Center.

 

Grounds and Operations Support: Take care of grounds and maintenance needs including lawn care, carpentry, cleaning and repairs and special projects.

 

Marketing Assistant: Help prepare social media blogs, layout flyers, contact the media, and reach out to community groups.

 

Office Support: Assist with mailings, research and special events.

 

Rehabilitation Volunteer: Assist with raptor care including cleaning and feeding.

 

Clinical Volunteer: Assist with raptor care including cleaning, feeding, administering medicines.

 

Advocate: Speak out to decision makers about the important of conserving important Bald Eagle habitat.
